Okay, not a quiz or even a survey, so leaving here in RD.
Assuming I'm going to meet my university offer for this September (could be a completely incorrect assumption) I need to think about which room is better as I'm applying soon. So, instead of actually using the power of thought, I thought I'd ask you guys. Bear in mind: * Obviously neither rooms are sharing with anyone, but I will be living with people in the same building. * I'll be moving out to Wales and will probably come back to my current home only about once or twice a year due to distance and cost, so I will be spending pretty much the whole academic year here. * I will have a student loan to pay for all this, very little or non-existant parental support. * I don't actually have that many belongings. * I'm not a complete hermit (yet) but I'm not thaaat social. A small amount of drinking and partying is fine by me but I'm not a party animal. Medium room -£64.00 a week (97 USD, 107 AUD) * Could be in either a flat or house (flats contain 4, 6 or 7 people, houses, 8, 9 or 10.) * Quite big by university standards, looked like I'd have "enough" space when I visited. * Self-catered. * Could be on any floor. * One wardrobe. Large room - £69.00 a week (105 USD, 115 AUD) * Only in a large house of 10 people. * Very big, bigger than my room at my current home, even. To give an idea of size, you could easily have 3 games of Twister going at the same time. ![]() * Self-catered. * On the top floor. * Two wardrobes. * Sink.

You said that you don't have that many belongings so the Medium one might be good. But you can just add £5 and you get a LARGE room, so I think the Large one is a better package.
I just made you more confused. olol XD

Considering the large room is only 5 pounds more... ? Then again, I like big spaces where as some people like smaller spaces. :| My brother went for a larger room because even though he hasn't got a lot of things it means he has more room for his MASSIVE Science books. So I guess it depends on how many things you're going to gain at uni.?
ANYWAY, LARGER FTW IMO. |

as sanyu said... go with the big room just for the sink!
i'd get the large room for other personal reasons... but yeah, i dont think you have a big tv with 27 skart inputs for 27 game consoles that all need their own happy place? okay thats a little to much... its actually only 9 consoles >_> and 5 handhelds... and 2 pc's... and an old MS DOS machine... i need a bigger room D:
