Oooooh, that's a good question! Considering those clubs only excist for that one reason, plus if people suddenly start getting banned etc. won't that mean they'll come back on different accounts? & then we'll be forever banning the same people just on different accounts? Sorry, just wondering...

If the porn content is available publicly, then it is NOT allowed. But if the content is private, it means they are not disturbing other members -- do we have a reason to ban them?

Btw, illegal content is not allowed even in private.

Would people who get the role-be able to bypass the "private" implement, like if a club was private, would they be able to view it without being part of the club.

So then how would we see if they have illegle content?
Like SuperTech said? Would we see the disscussion? But isn't that the point of private disscaussion?

And say someone is hosting a porn club. Would we warn them? Ask them to take it down and if not followed they suffer consequence?

I have another question, does this mean we'd be able to delete clubs or something? Because if we just ban the person who owns the club, it'd mean the club would be inactive but the club would still excist... right? Thus meaning the content would STILL be on Kupika meaning that the point of banning someone didn't really work?

I would like to help. I think I have the judgment and maturity to give this kind of help.

One question is porn allowed in Private Clubs?

Also, I can imagine the horror (the loss of numerous diaries, clubs, oekakies, etc.) if someone who disliked me just simply banned/deleted my account without cause. Will there be some recourse for the person banned to recover such accounts if one of these (are we calling them moderators?) deletes an account? Perhaps that it goes into some temporary storage and can be retrieved with in a certain time period, giving you a chance to review it.

Ive got some sincere questions regarding your initiative. Also as you probably saw I posed the question about whether there will be some recourse by members to recover their accounts in the event their account is "banned" or deleted by one of these helpers unfairly? If not then its a recipe for disaster.
now my questions regarding:

-1) deciding what is illegal is a question that is often wrangled over in courtrooms, do you really expect the average (moderator/helper) to be able to make a proper determination of what content may be illegal?

2b: You said private clubs may have porn but not illegal content. What about if a club member posts illegal content in a private or public club. I suggest that the club owner be sent a warning and given an opportunity to delete such a posting or club member and that they have that responsibility. It would be unfair to delete clubs/accounts of the owners if some members decided to break the rules or even sabotage the club deliberately.

i return to my suggestion which I posted in K.net that what occur is that any of these actions taken by these "moderators" to ban/delete members be reversible by you upon appeal and their objectionable content or pages be stored on the system for a time period.

Additonally, i think that every delete/ban action (not warning) should include a report to you that isn't vague not "banned for porn" but that is written very specifically by the mod.

"psychosexkitten was banned because there were three lolicon images on their profile depicting a child being raped by a green monster and psychosexkitten ignored two warnings to remove the objectionable images"

something like that....

also some direction should be given as to how many warnings must be given, how much time a member has for compliance (especially if they dont log on very much) before further action is taken

.....i think your initiative is a great plan....but it will require some oversight and further direction from you Hina otherwise this place that we all love is going to get really ugly very quickly simply due to the amount of immaturity and hate and intolerance and prejudice that is prevalent among the members. All it would take is to give two or three such persons these mod powers.

I'd like to help with this. I've been here for almost three years, and I will continue to stick with it. I know for sure that Kupika means a lot to many people, especially those who use it as an escape. And that's how I feel about it, too. I love Kupika. It's my real home.
