My question is why are you looking up all these people? Because you have to be looking at the porno to be reporting it. Maybe you're the one who is a perv.

Oh my freaking gosh.
It's not showing anything; it's not porn. And please don't call it child porn when (besides the fact that it is not porn) you can not tell that the people in the photos are under 18.

It's not porn, they're both not showing anything and they're not committing sexual acts.

The exact definition is sexual acts or nudity. Keep that in mind. (:

Ah, this was quoted from Linda.

"Child pornography, whether hard-core or soft-core, is treated severely under the law. "
Source: http://law.jrank.org/pages/9283/Pornography.html

A child is defined as "A young individual who is under the legal age of majority."
Source: http://duhaime.org/LegalDictionary/C/Child.aspx

"The term 'soft porn' is sometimes used for pictures that show people who may or may not
be naked, but who are posed in a sexy manner.""
Source: http://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pornography (hard to find definition)

I might as well through this out here because I was wrong and now I feel like a douche.

Yes, that's definitely it.

Why would I report them if I was looking for it?

I found them because they were on Post, and I look at the profile of who I'm talking to.

Since people are defining [child] porn a lot lately, I have a question.

In Australia it is (stupidly) illegal to possess any depiction of underage individuals nude or in porn situations, which seems fair, but they extend it to artwork as well, so hentai etc. is illegal to import if the characters LOOK underage (doesn't even matter if they're not supposed to be underage, prepubescent looking = underage). Is this the case on Kupika, or are these depictions limited to real people? I hope so, I think it's dumb to extend it to hentai, it's just cartoons banging each other lool

Personally I think underage hentai is gross in all ways. It depends which country it's imported to I think, like in some states of America lolicon is illegal and in some it's not.

Is what you're asking whether lolicon/ underage hentai is illegal on Kupika? If that being the case it's illegal on Kupika either way, because it's porn either way. But, depending what state/ country that person is in could have different outcomes.

But I say, ARREST THEM. ARREST THEM ALL.

-Making no sense-

Well porn is illegal here if they look under 18, doesn't matter the medium, and since hentai is Japanese and they're into the schoolgirl look there's probably a lot of cosplay goin' on, but school uniforms don't have to be under 18s >< it's dumb.

-edit- and they don't care if it's stated that they're over 18 either :/

sanyu, hentai isn't illegal generally in the U.S. however there has been one case where a guy was convicted for a representation of an underaged person engaged in sex even though it was an computer generated image so its a question. as for hentai on kupika, that was one of the things i raised with Hina when the handbook was formulated and you see he amended it to include hentai, yuri, and yaoi and other such non-real/animated/computer generated porn images (if its apparent the characters supposed to be children)
