i just sat through stephen king's "The Mist"

i have to say, the movie is pretty good

but the ending...

oh my god the ending...

thats just...

i guess not every movie has a happy ending

anyone els seen this?

Think it's great! The ending was so sad. And the gore in it was fantastic. The small spiders that hatched out of the humans were awesome and there were loads of the little things. Would have preferred more attacks though.

That huge thing should have been used a bit more, the car should have been knocked over and they ran into the forest to face more of them spider things or something. Then they could have done what they did in the car. The ending did dissapoint me though, them ALL dieing would have been better. Although you want the best ending for the characters (like you do in a tense film :P), you should never get that good ending. Something should always happen to make you think about it long after.

Overall though, I thought it was a great film.

i agree

but the ending was surprising

i never thought that a hollywood film would let its main characters die off and then fuck you over by letting one of them survive after killing all his friends and his own son

I came away from the theatre with a sort of :| face because of the ending, but I liked the film. I.. don't know what to think of the ending. I really don't. xD

I just realised that I never go to the cinema.

(Luckily, or you would have all spoilt the ending for me...have a bit of sense and put a spoiler warning. .___________.)

Nah, there's a bit more to the ending than that. But.. yeah that's the basic gist of it hahaha. We DO have a spoiler tag, people. It's the one at the end.. that says "spoil"...
