I know!
I bought Tesco own brand mascara, and Rimmel Sexy Curves, and Tesco is so much less clumpy and sticky.

Well, to be perfectly honest, a lot of girls probably wear make-up because they want to be noticed, whether they admit it or not! I wear eyeliner, and occaisionally mascara. I have no need for foundation or concealer because, although I'll sound snobby, I love my skin and it's clear enough that I don't feel I need it.
Basically, make-up is fine, however you choose to look. A warning that you probably know, however, is choose colours and things that suit you. I walk past a girl on the way to school everyday who is about 13, and she is CAKED in the stuff!! Bright blue eyeshadow, pink cheeks, and it looks fake. Now, I don't know, she may be comfortable with that, but personally, I don't think it suits her. If I were you, at your age (I'm 16), I would use it simply to accentuate your features, not to try and create ones that aren't there ![]() Hope that helped! |

I noticed my post from 2 years ago saying I always wear eye make-up...I literally go without make-up almost everyday now.
I'm just too damn lazy. I wear it if I go clubbing etc, that's about it.

I don't wear makeup as often as I used to. I got a job in cosmetics which forced me to wear it everyday, and I hated it, my skin needed a fricken break! So now I only wear it when I feel like adding to my already blatantly stunning beauty *cough* :P

![]() ![]() → Did I just go off topic? ... or not? Either way, just in case I did, never overpluck eyebrows. Yep, been then, done that and it wasn't a pretty sight. & I don't really care if that's still technically off topic.

I don't think there's anything wrong with makeup... >_> Well I think there is an age that is too young, and I'd say 12 is too young to wear it, IMO. :l I feel like that's probably too young to even worry about it. Make up can be a little deceiving tho, I don't like that
![]() But well... I wear make up ._. And it's probably just to feel better about myself. I wear concealer around my eyes to get rid of any dark circles, or any other spots where I feel like I need it. I used to have blemishes, and some left behind marks so I prefer to cover that. I will use a powder over the concealer, just to make sure it's all the same colour, but it's very light so it's not even noticeable, just smooths it out. Other than that, it's just mascara and on some days, pale pinky lipsticks to add a little. I don't know, it just makes me feel girly and prettier all around, even though it doesn't make my face look all that different. :P I like looking natural, which a little accentuation~ Only at parties or something would I go more dramatic. |
